Return Policy

Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for major defects. In case of damage or missing items, email: returns@svariya.com within 3 Days with clear images along with uncut unboxing video.

In case of missing item, we shall send you the missed item within 3-5 business days upon verification of the images and uncut videos sent to us.

To be eligible for a refund, customers must record a complete unboxing video and report any damage within 5 days of the product being delivered. Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 5-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

In case of damaged item, we shall issue a refund to your original payment source within 3-5 business days of that particular item upon verification of the images and uncut videos sent to us.

In case of COD orders, you shall receive a link to your registered email address to fill the banking details.

In case of Svariya Wallet Refunds, all refunds will be processed instantly.

Return of Products purchased under any offers would be eligible for refund to Svariya Wallet.

All refunds are on MRP basis, if any discounts were applied; the refunds will be processed on discounted basis only.
