At Svariya, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team at: orders@svariya.com
  • Cancellation requests are processed during business hours only.
  • Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may instead refer to our Return & Exchange Policy (if applicable).

2. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid orders:
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders:
Since no payment is collected in advance, cancellation will simply mark the order as cancelled.

Please note:

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking partner.
  • Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable.

3. Customized / Personalized Orders

  • Orders for customized, engraved, made-to-order, or personalized jewellery cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • These products are specially crafted and therefore are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Svariya

Svariya reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete customer information

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and a full refund (if applicable) will be initiated.

5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If an amount is deducted but the order is not successfully placed, the amount is usually auto-reversed by the bank/payment partner within 5–10 business days.
